There is nothing more rewarding to me than being able to assist people to achieve what they desire to do.  As a Thrivister Coach, my goal is to be your guide on that journey. Together, we will celebrate your successes and look for solutions to your challenges.  Being the mother of 14-year-old with ADHD, Autism and Executive Function challenges, has taught me the valuable lessons of patience and flexible thinking.  I take those skills with me into my coaching and they inform my approach with students.  

I have years of experience in the classroom as well as remote teaching and coaching for my own children as they learn remotely.  I currently live in Boise, Idaho with my husband and two girls.  We enjoy being active as a family whether it’s camping, bike riding, hiking, or, on rare occasions, beachcombing.
