I have all A's for the first time!

This is my fourth semester in college, and in two of them I have had to drop at least three classes. This semester I have all A’s and it is the first time I have actually felt in control of my academics, all due to the organization and support that Michelle has provided me.

Amazing Progress
My junior year has been the hardest time I have had to endure both emotionally and academically. I wouldn’t have been able to be organized enough to make the hard decisions I have had to make over the last few months without the help of my wonderful ADHD Coach. She has been a lifesaver.”

I am so thankful!

I truly cannot imagine where I would be without my coach’s help and guidance throughout these difficult semesters. I was so worried about being able to succeed in my chosen field, she helped me look to the future career and to structure my time. to become much more organized.

Fiona, College Student

So what is coaching? How does it work?

You have video coaching sessions

You work on a schedule that works for you and meet with your coach each week.

You text your coach when you need support

If you need help between coaching sessions you can message your coach

Your coach helps you make and stick to a plan

Everyone needs a good plan! Go over goals, create steps and schedule tasks.

Work on improving your EFS

Get better at time management, organization, remembering things, planning, not getting overwhelmed, focusing and more.

You break big, overwhelming things into smaller and easier tasks

It’s hard to get things done when they feel so big. Your coach will help you break down difficult work into smaller and easier chunks.

Plan Creatively

Find a way to plan that works for you. It doesn’t have to be a traditional planner. Whether it’s an app, a paper planner or some other creative tracking tool, your coach will help you find what works.

Your relationship is protected

Your coach is exactly that, YOUR coach, not your parents coach. Your needs come first.

Get help starting and finishing work

Staring at a blank screen? Reading that same page for the 3rd time? A coach can help you with better ways to study and get things done.

You pick your coach

Who wants to work with someone they don’t click with? That won’t happen! You get coach options to choose from so that you can develop a connection.

Feel proud of your hard work!

Don't you want to feel proud of the grades you've earned and actually get excited to show your parents, friends or significant other? More importantly, don't you want to feel confident and successful?!? Here's how it starts...

STEP #1

Pick a coach you feel comfortable with! You and your coach will go from strangers to partners so fast.

STEP #2

Build a plan together. Success won’t be instant but it will start with learning to set goals, prioritize and follow an action plan.

STEP #3

Instead of procrastinating and feeling crushed under too much work. You’ll begin to manage better on your own. Grades will go up and goals will get bigger!
