Quenten’s personal journey with ADHD has made him a compassionate, relatable, and motivational coach!  After graduating college, he enlisted in the United States Navy and was stationed at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.  His time in the military helped shape his view of supporting one another and his understanding that even with struggles, we each possess the power to overcome, especially with the right support.  

 He loves all sports and spends his free time surfing, swimming, and playing ultimate frisbee!  You will also find him spending time with his cat, Nairobi, cheering on the Browns.  He tries to never miss a game!
