The Thrivister Coaching Method and Program

The Thrivister Coaching Method was developed by Thrivister Co-founder Michelle Raz M.Ed., BCC, CSS, an expert in the field of Executive Function & ADHD Coaching for students.

Since 2010, The Thrivister Method has helped hundreds of students manage and develop their executive function skills to reach their academic goals.

About the Program

Thrivister works with a limited number of students each semester. Selection is based on need and dedication. Students work with academic mentors who are in training to reach Thrivister Academic Coach status during a 30-day period. The students will receive individualized 1:1 academic mentoring and must be willing to provide feedback during the process for Thrivister development purposes.

Is a Scholarship Right for You?

Please Confirm that you Meet the Following Scholarship Criteria

Ideal candidates are high school or college students that are between the ages of 15-24 and could benefit from academic mentoring/coaching around execution functioning skills but would have difficulty obtaining it otherwise. Student must be committed and accepting of support. This means parents can not sign their students up without a student interview.

As a Thrivister Student

You will focus on supporting your EFS

EFS stands for executive function skills. Students with ADHD often struggle most in this area which is why so many of our students are diagnosed with it. We all use executive function skills to set and work towards goals. We also use these skills to plan, prioritize, remember things, manage time and possessions, and finish what we start. Wondering what your EFS weaknesses are? Take the short and easy EFS Quiz below to find out.

Here is a video we send our selected students so they can have the right expectations going into coaching
