Dr. Whitley is the founder of Spring Psychology. She is a licensed psychologist who specializes in neuropsychological assessment with children, teens, and adults. She has over eight years of assessment experience with neurodiverse individuals who have learning differences (dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia), ADHD, and/or Autism. She also specializes in working with Gifted and Twice-Exceptional individuals (i.e. Gifted plus a learning, attention, social, or emotional difference). Dr. Whitley has provided assessment services in private practice, school, community mental health, and medical clinic settings. An assessment can answer questions such as 1) How does my child or how do I learn best? 2) Why is my child or why am I struggling in a particular area, and what can help? 3) What resources and accommodations are available? Dr. Whitley holds a doctorate in Psychology from the Wright Institute and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in Elk Grove, California and works with families in-person and virtually in the greater Sacramento area. She can provide certain virtual services to individuals anywhere in California.
